You must be at least 16 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract to use MonkeyIndexer. By creating an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and current.
You're responsible for safeguarding your API keys and password. MonkeyIndexer will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
You agree not to use MonkeyIndexer to submit URLs that:
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or remove submissions that violate these rules at our sole discretion.
All content, features, and functionality of MonkeyIndexer — including our logo, branding, software, design, and written content — are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Code samples in our documentation are MIT-licensed; use them however you like in your own projects.
MonkeyIndexer is sold as one-time credit purchases. Credits do not expire. There are no recurring subscription charges unless you explicitly opt into one.
If a submitted URL fails to be crawled within our published SLA, the credit is automatically returned to your account balance. No ticket needed.
For unused credit packages, contact support within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, credits become non-refundable but remain valid forever.
Your privacy matters. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our data-handling practices.
MonkeyIndexer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
We guarantee crawling within our published SLA. We do not — and cannot — guarantee indexing, ranking, or traffic. Those depend on content quality, site authority, and search-engine algorithms that we don't control.
In no event shall MonkeyIndexer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, any unused credits will be refunded pro-rata at our discretion.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tallinn.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We'll notify users of significant changes by posting the updated terms on our website and emailing active customers at least 14 days in advance. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
